When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship
orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders
out the same or next day. We use Skynet and most of the
time, the delivery will take only 24hours. Please allow 2-4 working
days time. If you are not at the delivery point at the time our courier
arrive, you will be given a note to self collect or maybe asked to call
for re-send back. If we have a problem getting
your product in stock we will notify you by email or call.
SHIPPING All in-stock orders are shipped within
24-48 hrs. If an
item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email
you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a
correct shipping and email address on your order.
We
do not process order's after 1 pm (GMT+8) on Saturday's and Sundays.
Also Skynet does not deliver on Sunday's.
Domestic Shipping All domestic orders are shipped
via Skynet. This service takes 2-4 business days
depending on what part of the state you are in. WE
PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING TO ALL OVER MALAYSIA
What about international orders?
We only ship to Singapore at RM23 flat rate
shipping fee regardless of total amount or quantities.
Other than Singapore, we
do not ship to any other country.

RETURN POLICYSince we are a wholesaler and sell at
